What are your store hours?
Our Pineville flagship store is open:
- Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Please note that hours for our arcade, café, and future Tokiya locations may differ.
When do you restock?
Our store receives new deliveries and restocks every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Because many collectible items are produced in limited quantities, availability can vary. We recommend following us on social media for the latest arrivals and announcements.

Can I order online?
Our online store is currently under development and will be launching soon.
Until then, we invite you to visit us in-store or shop through our official marketplace storefronts when available.
Do you ship internationally?
Orders placed directly through tokiyaco.com are currently available for U.S. shipping only.
International customers may be able to purchase select products through our official third-party marketplace storefronts, such as eBay, where international shipping options may be available.

Does Tokiya offer franchise opportunities?
At this time, Tokiya does not offer traditional franchising opportunities.
Our locations are either operated directly by Tokiya Corporate or through carefully selected business partners who share our vision and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
